On August 26, 2023, China Light Industry Federation organized and hosted a meeting in Wuxi, China Pen Association recommended by Wenzhou University, Wuxi Sheng Ye Tebang New Material Science and Technology Co., Ltd. to complete the “polymer nibs of special leather core fiber and glue-free nibs of the environmental protection manufacturing technology research and development and industrial application of the results of the appraisal.
After nearly five years of research, the project has obtained a number of invention patents, industrialization applications have also achieved success, good economic and social benefits, with all the conditions to submit for identification. Therefore, China Light Industry Federation approved the application for appraisal submitted by the project undertaking unit organized by China Light Industry Federation.
China Light Industry Federation proposes that the chairman of the expert committee of the appraisal will be Yang Chengjie, the chairman of China Pen Association and professor-level senior engineer, and the expert members will be Gao Weidong, the professor of Jiangnan University (the vice chairman of the appraisal committee), Lu Jing, the director of the National Pencil Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Light Industry, Yao Hezhong, the senior consultant of Shanghai Technology Service Co. Qian Hao, Long Shuiyun, Quality Manager of Beifa Group Co., Ltd. and Yang Yudan, General Manager of Ningbo Jusheng Fiber Products Co.
Wang Shuqin, Honorary Chairman of China Pen Association, Ren Xiuying, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of China Pen Association were invited to attend the meeting, Zhang Weidong, Deputy Secretary General and Director of Comprehensive Business Department of China Pen Association, Prof. Wang Zhaolun and Prof. Pan Mingchu of Wenzhou University, President of Wuxi Sheng Ye Teppan New Material Technology Co.
The appraisal meeting started with a speech by Mr. Zhao Jindong, General Manager of Wuxi Sheng Ye Tebang New Material Technology Co., Ltd, who introduced the purpose and significance of the project research and development, and at the same time, thanked all the leaders and experts for attending the meeting in person and giving guidance.
The expert group listened carefully to the technical research report of the R&D project and the report on the innovation points of Professor Wang Zhaolun of Wenzhou University, and reviewed the relevant appraisal information. Understand that the R & D project is based on the finite element method and other means of mechanical simulation analysis of polymer nib fiber cluster, optimization of the design of the components and technical parameters of the nib special fibers; the use of composite fiber spinning process, the development of polymer nibs for the manufacture of special leather core fiber materials; exempted from the gluing process, to solve the industry’s technical problems of the VOCs emissions of the traditional technology; the development of a Excellent product quality, high degree of automation of the environmental protection polymer nib manufacturing equipment, successfully realized the environmental protection polymer nib free of glue preparation process technology industrialization. The R & D results in the application of the industry has achieved good economic and social benefits, to promote the green development of the industry has great practical significance.
The experts raised questions from their respective specialties, and the completion unit answered them seriously. Through the questioning, experts on the project’s R & D results and technological innovation points to give fully affirmed, and put forward guiding opinions and suggestions, and finally agreed that the project through the results of the appraisal.
